I've been a long going customer here, but these past few times I've went i had to go to another place to go get it fixed. My hair was long and in need of a trim, I asked for a straight cut with bangs that faded into a faceframe. She cut my hair to where the back is shorter than the front, i dont have a face frame, and my bangs are uneven. This is my final straw, how could you let someone on your floor if they can't give the customer what they want.

they do a good job but if you ever get a gift card, set it up right away, my kids gave me a 75.00 one and when i went to use it a few months later, they took like 15.00 off so i had to add money to it to get the dye job and cut
